Before you begin

A few useful answers.

Does BidWoven do the construction work?

No. Contractors are independent businesses. You select, contract with, and pay the contractor directly.

Are contractors guaranteed or endorsed?

No. An introduction is not an endorsement or a guarantee. Homeowners should verify applicable registration, licensing, insurance, references, and written project terms.

Where is the pilot available?

The initial service area is Whatcom and Skagit Counties, Washington. Availability depends on the project and participating contractors.

When does a contractor pay?

The proposed pilot fee is $25 for an accepted introduction. Joining is free. Paid introductions begin only after payment setup is complete and the contractor has reviewed and accepted the disclosed terms.

Service terms

BidWoven is a pilot introduction service operated by Joseph Guilmette. Submitting an inquiry does not create a construction contract, guarantee a match, or obligate you to purchase anything. Contractor pricing, scheduling, workmanship, warranties, and construction disputes are handled directly between the homeowner and contractor. We will disclose the fee and applicable delivery and refund terms before any paid introduction is accepted.
